Chloe is a second-generation American writer and animator from the San Francisco Bay Area with a passion for exploring the intersections of art and technology. She experiments with digital worlds and nonlinear narratives.

She began her creative journey as a novelist, and storytelling has remained at the heart of her work ever since. After growing up in the spaces between cultural heritage and American identity, her stories explore topics of seeking belonging, embracing complexity, and existing between worlds. As a fan of RPG games, she’s especially drawn to crafting immersive worlds and evocative visuals that blur the line between reality and imagination.
